The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2008. For more than seven decades, IREM has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sector.

As a global organization, IREM brings real estate management professionals together from all over the world. With a network spanning 81 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other global partnerships, our membership comprises over 18,000 individual members and 500 corporate members worldwide.

1st Annual AAKC/HAA Poker Bike Run

The 1st Annual AAKC/HAA 7-Card Poker Run will be September 6th. Join the Apartment Association of Kansas City and the Heartlad Apartment Association to raise funds for legislative issues which affect apartment communities in the KC area. Ride begins at Harley Davidson in Olathe (I-35 and Santa Fe) and will end at Shawnee Cycle on Shawnee Mission Parkway. Education

ASM 603, 604 and 605 will be held in Kansas City on September 8-13, 2008. These classes focus on finance valuation, real estate performance and applying investment critera to real estate assets.
